Coster-Waldau has had his share of experience in the world of fantasy before Game of Thrones. Gods of Egypt takes place in mythical ancient Egypt where all of the Egyptian gods exist in their omnipresent form and also as enormous humans. Coster-Waldau plays the sky god Horus, whose coronation is interrupted by Set killing his brother Osiris. Set also takes over the thrown and banishes Horus, but as expected, Horus must take the tyrant god out and take back what is rightfully his. Not much different than Game of Thrones, eh?
