Bob's Burgers has already given us one Thursday episode, and this time, the Belchers are making sure we don't forget it. With a title like "Snackface," how could we?
While we took last week off, the Belchers didn't, and the series aired its first Thursday episode of 2025. Thankfully, Culturess is back on track with the new Animation Domination schedule, so you can make sure to come back for all the Bob's Burgers content you're craving.
Given that June is also Pride Month, hopefully we'll get a few episodes to celebrate that and if not, the series has a massive backlog to choose from. That's a topic for another day, though because we still have an episode to talk about.
If you haven't watched the Bob's Burgers episode, "Snackface," then there will be spoilers from this point on.
Here's what happened in "Snackface"

The episode begins with Louise counting the money from her snack-selling business at school, which is forbidden, and she comes up with the idea for an "everything-in-one" chip. Gene decides to use one of Bob's specialty ingredients, persimmon, to make even spicier chips. Louise decides to market it immediately and sell them for $1.00 a bag.
By the end of the school day, the chips are gone, and Louise is $10.00 richer, so Tina wants to get in on the action, and so does Gene. Millie is interested, but Louise quickly shuts her down. Things are going great until the kids end up getting a competitor, making similar chips. Mr. Frond comes out to warn everyone about selling and how it will result in detention. Millie figures out who is behind the other operation, and it's Peter Pescadero. Louise threatens him, so he agrees to stop, and Millie becomes a part of their snack group.
Afterward, we see Millie paying Peter off for an unknown reason. That same day, the kids all have a meeting, and Louise wants to sell more, which Millie agrees with, while Gene and Tina are more skeptical about the idea. Millie ends up finding someone who wants to sell to high-schoolers, and Gene and Tina don't want to, so Millie and Louise take over the operation. Peter eventually tells Gene the truth about what Millie did, so Louise's siblings try to warn her, but are stopped by Millie who locks them in the boiler room.
Tina figures out that Millie wants Louise to get caught so the two can have detention together for the rest of the year so they're even more determined to get out. Tina ends up switching out the backpacks so Louise doesn't get caught. The episode ends up with Louise apologizing and realizing Tina and Gene are her forever teammates.
"Snackface" is a sibling-centric Bob's Burgers episode.

If there's one way to get me to love a Bob's Burgers episode, it's to focus on the sibling bond between Louise, Gene, and Tina. Thankfully, "Snackface" did exactly that and gave us an episode for those wanting to see some quality Belcher sibling bond. Not only did the three work together in their own business, but they ended up looking out for each other in the end.
While Louise can sometimes be a bit money-hungry, it's clear she's just trying to get some extra money, but not to try to hurt her siblings in the process. It can be frustrating while watching the episode, but looking at it from a kid's perspective, it makes sense. Additionally, the episode had some fun albeit somewhat unnecessary moments with Bob and Linda's computer problems. Either way, this was a pretty solid episode.
As far as Bob's Burgers episodes go, I'd put it in the "good" category. It's almost great but not quite, which isn't an easy feat. However, we still have a lot more of season 15 left to enjoy, so there's plenty of excellence to come.
Bob's Burgers returns with a new episode on June 12th at 8/7c.
