Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve live stream: Watch online
If you’re looking forward to watching the New Year’s ball drop celebration in Times Square, we’re here to tell you how to watch the New Year’s Rockin’ Eve celebration featuring Ryan Seacrest and many more guests.
Watching the ball drop in Times Square is the most epic way to bring in the new year. Unfortunately, not everyone lives in New York, and even if they did, not everyone wants to stand outside for hours in the New York City chill. Fortunately, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve has been bringing the celebration experience to everyone at home for the past 46 years.
This year’s New Years Rockin’ Eve will be Ryan Seacrest’s 13th time hosting. Seacrest will guide the 5 ½ hour event, which is chock full of special guests and musical performances and will be at the center of the action in Times Square, New York alongside Jenny McCarthy. The massive ball covered in 2,688 Waterford crystals is expected to descend, as always, at the stroke of midnight.
The celebrations are also not limited to the east coast. New Year’s Rockin’ Eve will be broadcasting from three different time zones! Actress Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars is set to host the Central time festivities from the famous Jackson Square in New Orleans. In New Orleans, a fleur-de-lis will drop for the occasion instead of a crystal ball. And for the West Coast, Ciara will be hosting the party from Hollywood, California.
Before we get to the precious final moments of 2018, the show will present an assortment of talented musical performers. So far, these are the music artists that have been confirmed: Kelsea Ballerini, The Chainsmokers, Foster the People, Dua Lipa, Macklemore, Skylar Grey, Ella Mai, and Charlie Puth.
