This may not seem like a character worthy of making the holiday list, but he really is thanks to his own journey with the holidays.

Jack falls in love with Christmas and its cheer. He tries to bring the holiday to his own town, even though he is in charge of Halloween Town, and the result is mayhem and madness. But the reality is that he wanted to bring something new to his home that would give it zest and fun.
