Doctor Who Season 10 continues this week with a brand new episode. Here’s all the info you need to watch “Thin Ice” online.
Reminder: If you need a quick reminder of all things Doctor Who from last week, our Culturess review of “Smile” is right this way.
Season 10 of Doctor Who is officially off and running. And since we went to the future last week in “Smile,” it makes sense that we will head to the past in this season’s upcoming third installment. Entitled “Thin Ice,” the episode picks up right where last week’s left off. No, we mean that literally. What happened at the end of “Smile” was this: Instead of returning back to the modern day, the Doctor and Bill find themselves unexpectedly in the London of 1814. The Thames has frozen over, and there’s an elephant walking on it. What’s going on?
There’s apparently a monster, for starters. (Or at least, so the official synopsis says.)
"London, 1814. The entire city has turned out for the biggest Frost Fair in decades. But beneath the frozen Thames, revellers are disappearing, snatched through the ice and pulled into the depths where a terrifying monster lurks. Will the Doctor and Bill stop the slaughter before they too are dragged into the icy waters?"
