19. President Fitzgerald Grant (Scandal)

Fitz has had his fair share of foibles, but of course, the one that causes the most scandal is his affair with Oliva Pope. She worked on his presidential campaign and his ultimately on his White House staff. There is also the nasty deal of him killing Supreme Court Justice Verna Thorne but to be fair, she was already dying, and she tried to kill him first.
With that said he does have a political resume that would make any political party foam at the mouth. Fitz is a Rhodes Scholar, with a Ph.D., and J.D. He graduated from Yale University summa cum laude before going on to Harvard Law School. Fitz also comes with military experience and is a decorated war hero. He spent time as a combat pilot in the U.S. Navy. Fitz saw action in the Gulf war and at one point his plane was struck down behind enemy lines. He followed in his father’s footsteps after he left the military and began a career in politics. Before campaigning for the presidency, he was the Governor of California. His affair and divorce didn’t affect him in his latest presidential campaign. He managed to not only beat his opponent but also his own Vice President who ran against him as an Independent.
