7. President Mackenzie Allen (Commander in Chief)

Mackenzie Allen is sworn in as President after the sitting President dies suddenly from a cerebral aneurysm. She was the first woman Vice President and President. She also the first independent to make our list. As Vice President, Allen was going to a diplomatic assignment in France working on women’s issues in Nigeria. Before she became Vice President, she was a Lawyer in her home state of Connecticut. Later Allen rose to Chancellor of the Univeristy of Richmond while winning the Nobel Peace Prize Recipient for Middle Eastern Studies. She got herself into politics by becoming a Congresswoman for Connecticut.

Many who worked for her predecessor were not happy with her becoming the President. Many voiced their displeasure vocally and on paper. President Allen lost a few longtime White House employees and her cabinet personnel, but she perseveres. She also

She is married with three children. Her husband works in the White House as Chief of Staff when Allen was the Vice President. He took on more a more “First Person” role when his wife became President.Two of the children are twins and are 16 years old. Her twins could not be more different. Allen has found a champion on her side with her son, and a disappointed daughter on the other. The youngest is six years old. To say the least President Allen’s family life has been turned upside down but she manages to make it work.
