The US-based The 100 convention, Conageddon, will return to Boston after a lengthy postponement due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For the fans and attendees, the convention is a dream come true. If you ever want to make it to one convention in your lifetime (other than SDCC), Conageddon should be the one.

An Introduction

What began as a small, under-toned event held in one of America’s oldest cities in 2018, Conageddon exploded into becoming one of the most recognized symbols of The 100 Fandom. The convention is known for its intimate, close interaction between the attendees and the guests. During the closing panel revealed at the first event, Conageddon was the “brainchild” of Bob Morley, Eliza Taylor, and Zach McGowan. The reason? They wanted to offer more to the fans than traditional conventions. From the top-of-the-line VIP party, the exclusive Bob and Eliza panel, fun photo ops, and the vendor section filled with talented fan artists, there is not a moment where memories are not created.

When is Conageddon?

Conageddon will take place Friday, August 19th through Sunday, the 21st and will be located at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport. This year will be its third event and promises to be larger than before. Passes, including VIP packages, general admission, and add-ons which are autographs and photo ops, are still up for purchase.

Attendees who get the VIP package with any of the guests will receive a Saturday morning breakfast with their selected guests and entry to the VIP party. Additionally, attendees can even win a one-of-a-kind poster signed by the guests.  As Conageddon is less than two weeks away, you best hurry to get your hands on a pass!

Who are the guests that will be front lining?

The official lineup this year will be Eliza Taylor (Clarke Griffin), Bob Morley (Bellamy Blake), Thomas McDonnell (Finn Collins), Tasya Teles (Echo), Chelsey Reist (Harper McIntyre), Christopher Larkin (Monty Green), Zach McGowan (King Roan), Jarod Joseph (Nathan Miller), and Luisa d’Oliveira (Emori).  Richard Harmon (John Murphy) and Lee Majoub (Sachin/Nelson of the Children of Gabriel) were initially booked but can no longer attend due to work schedules.

Right after their Streamily Session at Comic-Con, Bob, Eliza, Tasya, and Zach came together to film a quick video to promote their convention. You can see it below.

Can I still make it to Conageddon even if it is last minute?

Yes.  Sometimes, you want to do things on a “whim, ” which is okay, providing that you have the finances to do so.

Kayak offers discounted airfare to the US and international cities and hotel accommodations.   For Conageddon, there are hotels close by, and some offer transportation to the event if you can’t stay at the Hilton.

Lastly, those who attended the previous Conageddons had nothing but the best time and are looking forward to returning to the party after a global pandemic and finding the uplift we need right now.
