Suicide Squad member: Abner Krill / Polka-Dot Man

David Dastmalchian has the gift (or curse) of bringing one of DC’s “lamest” heroes to the big screen. His power, as shown in his name, is the ability to throw polka-dots at people. Big, colorful polka dots. It was just as pathetic in the comics too, don’t worry.

Polka-Dot Man made his comics debut in Detective Comics #300 in 1962. He was created by Batman creator Bill Finger. So Finger made one of the lamest and one of the best superbeings ever. He has range! Regardless, the dotted supervillain has remained a member of Batman’s Rogues Gallery since his debut and sporadically makes appearances.

Given his disdain for life (at least what we can see in the edited trailer) he’ll likely not be throwing dots for long. I’d like to think he’ll make it longer than most so he can at least have a little redemption for himself.

Plus in this trailer when he says that he’s a superhero – you just know that’s the end for him.

Prediction: Dead
