Nathan Fillion returns to the superhero universe as the role of TDK. Formerly known as The Detachable Kid, his superpower is to…detach his arms. If you got ’em, use ’em, right? It’s still pretty gruesome to look at, I’m not going to lie.

The character is based on the original comic book character Arm-Fall-Off-Boy. (That name, right?) His first appearance was in Secret Origins (vol. 2) #46 from 1989 and he was actually a superhero from the 30th century. How many heroics can you do with detached limbs is almost anyone’s guess.

While he could have potential in making things go the Squad’s way by using his arms to get into places the rest of the full-bodied team may not be able to, it’s very likely that he’ll end up shot and killed pretty quickly, with his arms far, far away from him. If only you could’ve moved those arms faster, TDK.
