This week, Fear the Walking Dead follows Dwight and Al as they break Virginia’s rules and chase what matters most in the apocalypse.

On Fear the Walking Dead this week, another part of Virginia’s plan will be revealed through the task that she has assigned Dwight and Al to do. But she may have overestimated how afraid of her the survivors are as the pair takes some time to go on a side mission with some very unexpected results.

Ginny’s got a large reach. The survivors may have underestimated how big her operation really is. But there could still be unexplored areas, other survivors, and supplies they could find that would give them what they need to raise an army against her.

In “Alaska,” Al and Dwight may be playing by Virginia’s rules for the time being — but just like Alicia, Strand, Charlie, and Daniel, they are always looking for a way out and thinking about how to reunite with their family.

The official synopsis for this week’s episode of Fear the Walking Dead says:

"“Al and Dwight go rogue on a recon mission for Ginny to follow a lead thought lost, but Al must choose between what she has now and what she’s chasing.”"
