If you are not a fan of rap music, then you may not be familiar with Megan Thee Stallion, but that is about to change… because what Megan is doing with her fame is something that deserves plenty of appreciation.

As Teen Vogue reports, the rapper actually took to Instagram in order to invite her fans to a cleanup at the beach. In early June, she took part in a cleanup in Santa Monica, and she has even talked about doing one in her own hometown of Houston. When it comes to changing the world, it is women like Megan who are making the biggest difference.

And that’s not all that Megan Thee Stallion has done to make a difference in the world. The rapper is also using her fame in order to talk about more eco-friendly living, as well as climate change.

On Twitter, the rapper has shared her own tips for living a more eco-friendly life, including reducing meat consumption, using reusable bags when shopping, and of course, recycling. In an effort to get a conversation going, she even asked her followers to share their own tips on how they are being more ecologically responsible.

Even if you had not heard of Megan Thee Stallion before now, she is definitely someone who should be on your radar. After all, she is using her fame and platform to invite change in the world and that is something we can all get behind.
