Cardi B just made history with her summer anthem “I Like It” as it takes her to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100… for the second time.

Cardi B is definitely stuntin’ and shinin’ as she makes music history today, becoming the first female rapper to secure two No. 1 spots on the Billboard Hot 100.

The Bronx native gave us the song of the summer with “I Like It,” which features Bad Bunny and J Balvin. When it moved from the No. 2 to No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 today, our girl Cardi made chart history. Her first No. 1 came with her debut “Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)” last October.

Cardi B is no stranger to making both money and historical moves. In April, she smashed Beyoncé’s  Guinness World Record for Most Simultaneous Billboard U.S. Hot 100 entries by a female, a record Queen Bey had earned just two years ago with her Lemonade album.

When “Bodak Yellow” went to No. 1 last year, it was the first time a female rapper had done so since Lauryn Hill’s “Doo Wop (That Thing)” back in 1998 — a feat that rap icon Missy Elliott applauded.

Outside of the rap game, Cardi is also the first woman solo artist to have two chart-topping singles from a debut album since Lady Gaga’s The Fame from 2008.

Cardi’s fans were beyond excited, sharing all the love on Twitter (plus pointing out there’s no way people can discount her talent as a “one-hit wonder” now).

And as this fan states, the glow up for Cardi is incredible — from VH1’s Love & Hip Hop to No. 1 twice on Billboard is worthy of applause.

As for the lucky rapper herself, Cardi B shared a video celebrating in a car with Offset, yelling “We No. 1” adding that after this, the next biggest thing is waiting for her baby girl to come along.
