12. Black Manta

While Black Manta can be a ruthless villain, there are certain things about him that make him not just an interesting character but also dateable. One of his best qualities is his dedication to his family and his piracy (not that we are fans of his piracy in any way).

Seeing how devoted Black Manta is to his father is something that certainly elevates him in the rankings of dateable villains. The thing is that when a bad guy is as dedicated to their family as any hero, it gives them an emotional connection that reminds us that there may in fact be some good in everyone.

The biggest reason we would want to add Black Manta to our list of potential suitors is the fact that he truly loves his father and is willing to seek vengeance for his death. His desire to protect and avenge his father makes him truly dateable.

It also helps that he is dedicated to his mission, no matter what it is. Dedication is a very important attribute in anyone we may want to date. While his dedication is to villainy, it is still proof that if he were in a relationship, he would be dedicated to the person he was with, which is something we truly approve of. (Not his villainy, but his dedications to his father and of course his work, even if it is the work of a villain.)

As an added bonus, we have to give credit to Black Manta for being willing to work with others to achieve his goals, because it shows that he really does work well with others. And that is always an important quality in someone we want to date.
