With Halsey performing at the Billboard Music Awards, the singer ended up rocking multiple looks throughout the night. But it was her red carpet dress that was a real showstopper.

Not only did the singer look fierce in her black and blue dress, but it is the combination of lace and shimmer that makes this entire look work so well. Even as Halsey showed off plenty of skin with this dress, she did it in a way that was tasteful and stunning in equal measure. And the fact that she kept her accessories simple, made this entire look pop even more.

With just simple black strap heels, delicate earrings, and some rings on her finger, Halsey made it all about the dress and it works. (Of course, we also love the fact that her lipstick color matches the dress as well.)
