The Nine-Nine is back with an all new episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine! Tune in this week to see what Jake, Holt, Amy, Rosa, and the rest of the precinct get into.

The last we saw of our favorites on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Jake Peralta was beginning to face some of his issues, Amy was dealing with her parents always thinking she was less than her brothers, Terry was trying to spice things up in his home, Rosa introduced her new girlfriend to Holt, and Boyle had to fight off his son’s real father.

So, it wasn’t all peaceful in the Nine-Nine. That doesn’t mean our favorites aren’t happy! They’re just finally starting to deal with their own well-being rather than focusing their time and energy on catching all the bad guys in Brooklyn.

In “The Therapist”, Jake Peralta was forced to come to terms with the fact that he continues to blame himself for his parents’ divorce when he was a kid, reflecting back on their fighting and what it all meant to him growing up. At the end of the episode, Jake talked about going to therapy and talking about these issues and maybe it is going to work out better for him and Amy in the long run.

On the other hand, Rosa was introducing Captain Holt to her girlfriend, something she was afraid to do because she didn’t know how he’d react to her. So, is their relationship going to continue to be a good thing now that he met her? Is everything going to turn up for everyone in the Nine-Nine? We’ll have to see where this week’s episode leads us now that the show is back from its break!
