Jake and Amy find themselves caught in a case together on this week’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine while Captain Holt may have to finally say goodbye to his enemy.
Last week’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine showed us that Jake Peralta still has a lot to learn. Captain Holt didn’t want to believe Jake completely and didn’t even tell Jake that he had a third level to their plan, taking Jake’s advice even though he didn’t want to let him believe it.
The development between the two characters continues to grow with each new season and it is beautiful to see Jake and Holt grow as friends, even if they still have their moments when they don’t trust that the other.
So, what does this week have in store for us? Well, Jake and Amy are back on the beat together, dealing with a case where one side is telling them his own story and a woman is telling them a different one. Why is that always the case when Jake and Amy work together?
On the flip side, Captain Holt is dealing with the death of his mortal enemy and why he doesn’t necessarily believe it. Which enemy? We don’t know but chances are that it could be Deputy Chief Madeline Wuntch. She hasn’t been around for a while, and so who knows, maybe Raymond will have to realize that his enemy is finally gone.
Will Jake and Amy figure out the case? Will Holt come to terms with the fact that he may have lost his enemy? We’ll have to check in on this week’s episode and see what happens on Brooklyn Nine-Nine!
