Kate Middleton is an inspiration for many reasons. If you’re looking for the perfect work wear inspiration, look no further than the stunning tweed skirt suit that the Duchess of Cambridge wore to the Mental Health in Education conference on Feb. 13.

While the outfit that the Duchess wore might be out of our budget, thanks to it being a Dolce & Gabbana piece, according to Harper’s Bazaar, that doesn’t mean we can’t find an affordable alternative. In fact, there are plenty of options out there that would perfectly capture the look that the Duchess of Cambridge was rocking to meet with teachers as they work to launch this mental health program in schools.

Depending on how much you want to spend, there are actually a few options out there that really call to mind what the Duchess was wearing. And then there are some options that won’t break the bank at all, but are perhaps a little less true to the style Kate Middleton wore for her meeting.

Up first we have the Albert Nippon Tweed Two-Piece Jacket & Skirt Suit Set, which rings in at $395. Not only is it the same general color as the one the Duchess wore, but it has a richness to it that screams refined elegance. Basically, this is the kind of piece we expect a strong boss lady to wear in the office.

If you are looking for something a little less expensive, but still just as stunning and in the rich, dark shade that the Duchess wore, Macy’s has you covered with an Anne Klein Tweed Jacket & Pencil Skirt. While you have to buy both pieces separately, the price before discounts is $248, which is already a decent price for a work-ready outfit. But, with the current markdowns on the site, you get it for a steal at $139.39. Basically, you can’t go wrong with an Anne Klein suit, and especially not at this price.

To complete the look, you can opt for black stockings like the Duchess wore, along with black heels, or you can choose to make the look a bit more of your own. Perhaps pair the tweed suit with nude heels or even look for a pop of color that works.
