19. Ronan the Accuser

When we meet Ronan the Accuser in Guardians of the Galaxy, we never thought we would be ranking his dateabilty level against other Marvel villains, but here we are. And honestly, we have to give Ronan some serious credit for his ability to offer up a monologue. It’s his monologuing abilities that have us thinking that he knows how to talk, which can be a solid selling feature for a potential date.

Typically, we want to hear what someone like Ronan has to say. While we wouldn’t want him to be the only one doing the talking on a date, it is nice to know that he can hold up his side of a conversation.

The other thing that makes Ronan date worthy is his appreciation for fine jewels. And even though the Orb ultimately proves to be his downfall, we still think it is impressive that he has a love for gemstones of any kind. Maybe that means when he wants to gift you with one, he will only pick the very best.

We also have to point out that he did betray Thanos in the past, which actually earns him some bonus points in our eyes. After all, we like a man who isn’t under someone else’s thumb and knows when to walk away.

When it comes to potential dates, Ronan the Accuser seems to have a lot going for him. But, still, he has plenty of weaknesses too, which is why he lands in the 19th spot on our list.
