Arya will steal Littlefinger’s face

One very plausible theory that’s been circulating around the Game of Thrones fandom is that Arya will take advantage of having killed Littlefinger, using her powers to steal his face. Not only will taking on Littlefinger’s appearance bring Arya closer to enacting revenge on her “list” of people to kill, but it could help the Starks politically.

We all know that Arya can take the face of the deceased, all thanks to her stay at the House of Black and White in Braavos. She’s already used the powers Jaqen H’ghar taught her to cross off one name on her list and leave House Frey in ruins. But while Walder Frey’s face won’t do her much good in King’s Landing, Petyr Baelish’s might allow her to walk right into the Red Keep.

Since Cersei is one of the most prominent names on Arya’s kill list, she could use Littlefinger’s face to demand an audience with the queen. Though Cersei won’t be thrilled to see Littlefinger, she won’t expect much from him—knowing that he plays his allegiances to suit his own interests, she’ll expect that he’s returning with useful information about the North.

Arya can take advantage of Littlefinger’s reputation, using this opportunity to get close to Cersei and finally get her revenge. Since she’s not a believer in “grumkins” and “snarks,” Cersei will never see such a trick coming. And if anyone deserves to see her head on a spike, it’s the Stark children.

Of course, Cersei’s made so many enemies. There are also plenty of other ways she could go…
