James Cameron’s Avatar came out less than a decade ago but made a huge impact on pop culture. However, we’re pretty sure we’d be okay with a sequel despite James Cameron deciding to make multiple.

Avatar focuses on Pandora, a wonderful planet with giant blue aliens and the truly cool part about this movie is how beautiful it is to watch. Even if the plot wasn’t a solid one, which it is thus making it 2009’s favorite movie, we’d watch it for the visuals.

Avatar not only provided a stunning movie with a story that, arguably, drew lines from how cultures and societies clash here on Earth, the movie also offered a fascinating approach to CGI. Get your 2000s fix of cinema by watching this, and uh, we’ll let you decide if you need four sequels or not.
