Things are heating up on Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger as we head into the season one finale. Both Tandy and Tyrone had triumphs in last week’s episode, but… will any of it really matter?
There’s always a sense of vindication when someone finally gets what’s coming to them. But sometimes the aftertaste isn’t so sweet. It sounds like our two characters may feel just that.
The official synopsis for this week’s episode, in case you missed it:
"When triumph turns sour, both Tandy and Tyrone regress back to their old ways. But after everything that has happened, and actions that have been set into motion, can they truly go back to the way things once were? Meanwhile, Det. O’Reilly tries to deal with the recent fallout."
Plus, the whole reveal about Tandy’s father’s character doesn’t sit well with her. Will that decision to take the money from Roxxon to stay quiet come back to haunt her? Will she change her mind and try to double-cross them anyway? I hope she does, just because they do deserve to be taken down.
But Roxxon’s been around the MCU for a while. I doubt they’re going anywhere anytime soon.
