The Mikaelson clan reunited in last week’s episode of The Originals, “The Kindness of Strangers”. While the family attempted to reconcile, it was to gain freedom from the astral prison, rather than to truly repair broken bonds.
In tonight’s episode, “We Have Not Long To Love”, Hope is affected by a Hollow hangover after having lifted the curse from Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah, and Kol. Rebekah and Kol have likely skipped off into their respective sunsets and forgotten their always and forever vow. Elijah has started to patch his relationship with Klaus, yet, he can never be redeemed for allowing Hayley to die.
Freya will make a huge decision tonight. Will it involve Keelin and a question?

The supernatural factions will combine – OK, it could just be Vincent, Josh, and Marcel — to dampen the threat of the purist vampires. Let’s hope Lisena and the wolves are invited to the take-down-the-purist-party party. Emmett needs more screen time and charisma to step it up as a semi-interesting antagonist; or else, Antoinette needs to rustle up some scorned fury and take over her parent’s legacy.
