8. Daenerys Targaryen and Khal Drogo from Game of Thrones 

The love of Daenerys Targaryen’s life (at least in those first few seasons) was Khal Drogo. A love story that didn’t exactly start off great, it is a hard one to watch. But still, everyone loves how much the two impacted each other and their love for one another continued long after Drogo was dead.

Which is why it isn’t exactly surprising that there are a lot of cosplays of the two out there. Khal Drogo was played by the amazing Jason Momoa so, most the time, bigger men take on the part. For Daenerys, she is played by Emilia Clarke (who isn’t exactly tall) and it is a cute dynamic.

So when people switch it up and the tiny girl plays Drogo, we’re here for it! These cosplayers decided that they didn’t need to be typical, with a male Daenerys and a smaller, female Khal Drogo, it ends up working out perfectly.

For whatever reason, having a smaller Drogo is almost more intimidating. You never know what Drogo will do and it doesn’t matter whether he’s Jason Momoa or this very much shorter woman cosplayer. Go out there and find your “My sun and stars” because this is one cosplay we all want to recreate.
