The 100 season 5 episode 6 live stream: Watch online
Wonkru demonstrated unwavering loyalty to Octavia during last week’s episode of The 100. In “Exit Wounds,” however, her command will finally be challenged – perhaps rightfully so.
The past few episodes of The 100 were full of long-awaited reunions between our favorite characters, made sweeter by the fact that they’ve all spent six years away from one another. Unfortunately, it looks like their unity will be short-lived.
This week’s episode, “Exit Wounds,” will challenge Octavia’s authority by sowing discord within the Wonkru camp. The official description of the show goes as follows:
"Kane’s attempt to prove himself useful tests Wonkru’s allegiance to Octavia. Madi faces an unexpected threat inside Wonkru, forcing Clarke to make an unlikely ally."
Although Octavia is unwilling to accept Diyoza’s peace offering, her people appear less ready to wage war on the last survivable land on the planet.
And then there are Bellamy and Clarke to contend with. The duo has already begun questioning Octavia’s decisions, shocked by how drastically she’s changed. Given their shared tendency to take control of most situations, they’re likely to stir up trouble with their opposition to another war.
The rest of Bellamy’s group will also go to great lengths to avoid a war with Eligius. During this season’s trailer, Monty suggests that Wonkru may not deserve the last livable land, particularly if they resort to battling over it. And during this week’s preview, Echo calls Octavia a fool for “fighting a war she can’t win.”
But after six years as Bloodreina, it’s clear that Octavia isn’t used to being questioned. She’s more accustomed to killing whoever stands in her way, and the promo for “Exit Wounds” shows that she’ll even gun down her own people to reinforce her orders.
But how far is she willing to go before allowing others to help her lead? At the end of “Shifting Sands,” she threatens Bellamy for speaking out against Wonkru. And if she’s so quick to execute her own people, it’s possible she’ll follow through on her threat. We hope it won’t come to that.
