With each week being a different character study, Legion is quite the show to watch. But who is going to be the focus this week?
Legion is one of those shows that you wish you understood. Whether it is on an intellectual level or one of just understanding what is going on before everyone, it is still fun to watch.
It is like watching an episode of Real Housewives when you think about it. One of the housewives gets mad at another bringing a dog to dinner. She seems to get utterly annoyed by anyone and everything that gives the dog attention. Then again, she does the exact same thing at someone else’s. In fact, she lets the dog drink out of her water and then doesn’t care what the host says.
Does that make sense? No? Well great, that’s like watching Legion. You probably want to know why or how the dog got there. Or even why everyone is still fighting.
That is how we feel about David Haller. We want to know why he continually fights Farouk and his gang. His brain wants him to (seemingly) give up and succumb but he continues to fight it and, as a result, we have a season of character studies. From Syd to Lenny, the two focused on different aspects of these women. So what will this week bring?
Who really knows? The show is constantly surprising us and bringing us on new twists and turns so maybe this week, David will finally learn who his father is.
