Jonathan’s resurrection is closer than ever, and the Institute is on the clock. Here’s how you can stream this week’s Shadowhunters.
It took her six episodes, but Lilith finally has all the disciples she needs to bring Jonathan back. At least, that’s how it seems.
Last week on Shadowhunters, Ollie became the Owl’s final victim. But before she could get any orders, Jace was unmasked and Ollie ran off. Now, there’s still a chance she could be intercepted.
Every other disciple has had to kill their closest loved one before officially joining Lilith’s demon squad. Provided Luke and Simon can track her (or her girlfriend, Samantha) in time, they might be able to contain her before she gets to her new master.
While they handle that, Alec, Izzy and Clary are off to Alicante to get help. Having one of their own enslaved to a Greater Demon is a bit more than they were trained for. The idea of having to kill him would be unbearable for any one of them, but even if they get Jace back, he won’t totally be himself.
He still drank that anti-love potion, which seems to be pretty effective so far. Unless Magnus can brew up an antidote, Clace will still have problems ahead. But at this point, they might prefer that be their biggest issue.
For now, the focus is on freeing Jace from Lilith’s hold, and flushing her out into the open.
