Season 10 of RuPaul’s Drag Race is already off to a great start, with lots of drama and a surprising first elimination. But with a musical number challenge on the way, this week will determine which queens are in it to win it.

Now that the first elimination is out of the way, it’s time for the real competition to begin. In this week’s episode, the queens have to show off their talent on stage in a musical number titled PharmaRusical. If past performances — like season 6’s Shade The Rusical — are any indication of how this week’s will turn out, we’re in for a treat.

However, before the main challenge, the remaining queens have to face the mini challenge. With surprise guest Andy Cohen, Ru tasks the girls with getting into quick country drag and performing a hoedown. Expect messy makeup, trashy wigs, and a whole lot of denim and gingham!

For the main challenge, the queens have to perform in the “parody lip sync extravaganza” PharmaRusical in two teams. Their acting and dancing skills will be put to the test on the main stage with a special guest choreographer: Drag Race icon Alyssa Edwards!

Alyssa coaches the girls for their big performance, and she’s always a big personality, so these queens better beware! Take one wrong step, and Alyssa will be tongue popping away as she puts you in your place

Some of the queens struggle with this challenge, which will definitely separate the winners from the losers. After a season-ending injury last season, Eureka O’Hara seems to struggle in rehearsals because of her “PTSD” as she says. Will she be able to turn it out, or will this be the end of the road yet again?

This week’s extra special guest judges are Halsey and Padma Lakshmi. Because nothing says “Broadway musical number challenge” like a pop star and a TV host!
