The Walking Dead started off slow this season but last episode, “The Damned,” proved that it wouldn’t be slow for long.
This next episode “Monsters” looks like its preparing us for more of the fight.

The official AMC synopsis of this week’s episode reads:
"Conflict with the Saviors leads to unintended consequences for the Hilltop, the Kingdom, and Alexandria; morality proves tricky in wartime."
Rick Grimes can’t win just yet. It’s only the third episode of this season, and we still have a lot more of the story to tell. The first episode was slow, but the second episode went out with a bang so I’m expecting episode 3 to be a happy medium in both emotional storytelling and well-deserved drama. The synopsis says that there will be conflict between the Saviors and the good guys. Is Rick Grimes still at the Saviors camp with Morales? Will he be able to convince him to switch sides? Will we find out more about whose baby that was?
