"Annalise takes on a case for the greater good and quickly realizes the stakes are much higher than she originally thought. Meanwhile, Laurel asks Michaela to help get information regarding Wes’ death and Connor makes a major life decision that is not supported by the group. In a flash-forward, a surprising confrontation during the night of the crime is revealed."
Right off the bat, a few things stick out from this synopsis. First, “a surprising confrontation” could mean basically anything, but we suspect that Annalise might finally get involved in the flash-forward either before or after whatever happens that causes all the trails of blood in and around her hotel room.
Second, though, would be Connor’s “major life decision.” The obvious suggestion here is that he’ll quit law school or otherwise try and take a year off. He made noises about it last episode already, and he’s running into roadblocks that the others aren’t — not even Asher, and yours truly is worried about Asher, too.

Even more intriguing is the idea that the rest of our cast won’t like whatever he has to say. Granted, there’s probably not much they can actually do about it, but at least they care enough to say something …
