American Gods episode 5 live stream: Watch Lemon Scented You online

On this week’s American Gods, after looking back at Laura, we’re back to the present. Shadow and Wednesday have just robbed a bank. Now what?

After taking a look back at Laura and Shadow’s relationship last week, tonight, we rejoin the couple in Shadow’s motel room. She’s dead, but looking pretty good despite it, thanks to some help from a pair of very experienced morticians. And she’s really hoping to rekindle her relationship with Shadow, even after everything… not to mention the fact that when she was alive, Laura didn’t love him all that much. She was always dead inside. But now that Laura’s dead on the outside, too, she sees everything in a very different light. Especially Shadow. Everything else in the world is shades of grey, but he glows golden. But can Shadow adjust to this new reality? True, everything’s been super weird lately, but, I mean, she’s decomposing. That could be a deal-breaker.

What can we look forward to in episode 5? According to the official trailer and synopsis, Wednesday and Shadow are getting kidnapped by some of the new gods.

It’s Shadow’s second kidnapping this week. This has to be getting old. Last time, Technical Boy spazzed at him in the back of a white limousine. This week, they’re getting yelled at by Crispin Glover as Mr. World. Take a look:

We are also in for a huge treat. Our girl Gillian Anderson appears as the new god Media, channeling Ziggy Stardust-era David Bowie. I almost cried watching the clip. OK, I actually really cried, just a little bit.
