Saturday Night Live is back this week and guys, the time is finally here. For weeks, you’ve had to read my live streams and my recaps and listen to me talk about Chris Pine. For weeks, I screamed about the fact that my favorite actor would be hosting my favorite sketch comedy show.
And now the wait is over. Starting tonight at 11:30 p.m Eastern Standard Time, all across the United States can tune in to watch Chris Pine dance across their stages and you are all welcome. For someone who has been a fan of his since The Princess Diaries 2: A Royal Engagement, this has been a long time coming.
It isn’t the first time Chris has graced the stage of Saturday Night Live but it is his first hosting gig. He was on Weekend Update with Star Trek co-star Zachary Quinto as well as Leonard Nimoy. But tonight will dawn his first hosting of the show and as we saw on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, he’s a little nervous about it.
But don’t worry Chris, I believe in you. And you get to host with LCD Soundsystem! How cool is that? So this is definitely one episode you’re not going to want to miss! And I hope I’m not washed away in the monsoon while trying to get tickets for this!
