How to Get Away with Murder S3E13 Synopsis: Of Course You Realize…

On this week’s How to Get Away with Murder, Annalise is out of prison — for now — and that means it’s time to face off against the DA once more.

This season of How to Get Away with Murder has seen Annalise Keating, Esq., walk a tightrope, and it seems like half the time she doesn’t even have a balancing pole to help her do it. After all, she has spent a good portion of the season in prison, accused of murdering her own student, Wes. However, after the events of last week’s episode, she’s out on bail. 

That means it’s time to take on the D.A. properly. Since the episode’s title is “It’s War,” well…

"“After being robbed of her power, Annalise makes it her mission to take down DA Denver and ADA Atwood.  Meanwhile, Asher, Connor, Michaela, Laurel and Oliver continue to wrestle with the weight of Wes’ unsolved murder, and Nate makes a shocking discovery.”"

It’s nice to see that Oliver now merits a mention right next to the rest of the surviving Keating Five, especially since he has now had his own run ins with the police. Speaking of Ms. Keating, one wonders how she will react to Frank representing himself now. The two of them and Bonnie may very well have to work together yet again. Just like old times, right?

However, at this point, any ally Annalise has will be of use, because we’ve already seen that DA Denver and especially ADA Atwood really, really want to take her down. Our protagonist may still be up on that tightrope, but that doesn’t mean she’s going to fall just yet — especially not with a fourth season already greenlit by ABC.
