Chris Rupp is the co-founder of the a cappella group Home Free (Season 4 winner of The Sing-Off), although he recently left Home Free to break out and start his solo music career. It was announced back in March that Chris would leave Home Free. Fear not, though; the decision to leave Home Free was not due to any tension or discord. Rather, he wanted to focus on his solo career and solo album, Shine. A little Bit of Christmas is his second album, and is a great marketing tool for him to get his name out into the music world and build fans through holiday music. This album features Home Free for “What Child Is This” and Chris’ other project, 7th Ave for “Joy To The World”. Holiday music lovers will enjoy Rupp’s baritone vocals and interesting arrangements. This album is sure to have a few songs that will make it in your regular holiday music rotation!
