1. President Jed Bartlet (West Wing)
Jed Bartlet is the finest example of a President one could ever aspire to be. He is a husband and father of 3 and Catholic. The last Catholic in the White House was John F. Kennedy. Bartlet is a compassionate, intelligent and charismatic. He’s quick wit and banter just draws people to him like a moth to a flame. President Bartlet got his start as an Economist Professor at Dartmouth College. He got into politics in the late 1980’s when he ran and won the seat as the State Representative of New Hampshire. Bartlet became a U.S Congressman in the 90’s. Before he became President, he was the Governor of New Hampshire. It is a resume that should be commended.
Bartlet has surrounded himself with an outstanding staff that is every bit of smart as him. He also inspires fierce loyalty in everyone who works with him. The staff all have their talents and don’t always agree, but they are a force of nature if President Bartlet wants something done.

In his two terms in office, President Bartlet dealt with every issue imaginable, and they were handled with the seriousness they deserved. We are not saying President Bartlet was perfect, but he is as close as one could be with it being believable. After all, it’s a TV show.
