It still hurts that NBC ultimately ended Good Girls after only four seasons in 2021. The show gained popularity on streaming giant Netflix and there was even scuttlebutt at one point that the streamer may pick up the series. Unfortunately, those talks never materialized.

The show still has a loyal fan base online. Although it was not the series finale anyone wanted, as what fans really wanted a fifth season, the season four/series finale was still one of the best. Tying up loose ends, turning the tables, and also leaving the door open for what comes next for Beth, Ruby, Rio, and Annie.

The final episode was a wild ride, filled with many different twists. Ultimately, it concluded with Beth and Rio sitting on a park bench as their kids played in the distance as he stroked her hair as he had done so many times before as she explained to him that he works for her now, to which he replied you got it boss, as Three Is a Magic Number by Blind Melon played out the scene.
