Pluto TV adds two more channels to its illustrious lineup

Pluto TV is catering to those of varied tastes to start 2024. Whether you're looking for some fun or something a bit gritter, the platform has what you're looking for.

To begin 2024, the streaming service is adding two more channels. First up is the Criminal Minds channel which is dedicated to the series, Criminal Minds. I feel like this show has been a favorite for years and there is no way people won't be clamoring to rewatch or finish where they stopped watching the last time.

That's not the only channel being released, though. We're also getting a Supermarket Sweep channel and what a time to be alive. This is one of my favorite game shows of all time and I'm so surprised Pluto TV hasn't added something before now.

Regardless if you're tuning into just one or both, these two channels couldn't be more opposite yet more entertaining.

Ultimately, I feel like I could wax poetic about how much I love and adore Supermarket Sweep. If you've never watched it, you're in for a real treat. The show is a quiz show to start with contestants answering questions to gain time. In the end, they all get a chance to run around the supermarket and do a "supermarket sweep" to try to make as much money as possible.

If it sounds wild and frenzied, it is but it's just so much fun. There is something so undeniably fun about watching it. Plus they always had the matching sweaters which were pretty freaking cool and as much as I love Leslie Jones, nothing holds up to the original hosted by David Ruprecht. Plus it's just fun to look back and see how ridiculous the show could get.

Of course, you can also tune into the Criminal Minds channel and look back at how far the show has come. Given that the series premiered in 2005, it's been on for almost 20 years. There are plenty of great moments to revisit so you'll also be able to enjoy that channel, too. Honestly, these two channels are great for starting off 2024 and I'm excited to see what Pluto TV does next.
