Barbie's new campaign encourages girls to know there is no limit to what they can achieve

The sky is the limit. Except, what if Barbie decided that was still too low? Barbie's latest campaign has argued that the possibilities are endless and limitless as to what girls can achieve.

When parents, grandparents, aunts, or uncles are trying to figure out how to encourage children to reach for the stars, using a Barbie doll can be a key instrument to getting, especially young children, excited about the possibility of becoming anything they want, from an astronaut to a professional athlete and more.

According to the official press release, the Senior Vice President of Barbie and Global Head of Dolls, Mattel, stated,

Barbie made its point during Friday, August 30th's WNBA Barbie-themed game between the Chicago Sky and the Indiana Fever. The game itself featured a celebration of the campaign that encouraged fans to relish in the excitement of Barbie's desire to reach out to people across all walks of life to believe in the significance of how the Barbie doll can open the door to children everywhere to embrace excitement about their futures.

The WNBA, which was founded in 1996, is a source of empowerment for girls and young women, showing them that anything is possible and that they are more than capable of making their own place in the world.

The official press release also features words of encouragement from WNBA Legend and the Co-Founder of A Touch More, Sue Bird, who stated,
