Young and Hungry: Gabi and Josh

How much more complicated can your professional career get when you accidentally sleep with your boss? Gabi could tell you all about that, and all the issues that come with it, especially when the boss is already engaged.

During Gabi's strive to prove herself as capable of being Josh's personal chef, things go sideways almost immediately. Rather than keep it professional, Gabi and Josh make it personal really quick. This begins the start of a five-year series run following Gabi and Josh undergoing the on-again-off-again will-they-won't-they relationship.

While they were always solid as platonic friends, it was the romantic aspect of their relationship that became so convoluted that it became frustrating to watch after years of it. At times, it appeared that Young and Hungry could not decide it it wanted Gabi and Josh together or not, and instead chose to go back and fourth so many times it would give the characters whiplash.

Ultimately, the show was cancelled by Freeform before it could be given a solid ending. But, it ended with Gabi and Josh back together, so at least longtime viewers were able to step away from the show knowing there was a definitive answer to Josh and Gabi's relationship.
