Another month, another chance to share which romance books are coming out. Sadly, it’s our last round for 2023.

No worries as we’ll be back and ready in 2024 with January releases. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves just yet, though.

December used to be a somewhat slow month for publishing but it really feels like it picked up as I have SO many books I’m still looking forward to. We’ll see if these end up being read this month or if they’ll get pushed to next year.

This is a look at some of the most popular and some of my most anticipated romance books for December 2023. As always, make sure to consult your favorite bookish website, blog, or online retailer to find more.

These romance books are all going to be released in December 2023.

Even though the year is almost over, the fun doesn’t have to stop as there are still plenty of releases coming out to add to your evergrowing TBR.

  • Same Time Next Year by Tessa Bailey (Dec. 1)
  • The Fake Mate by Lana Ferguson (Dec. 5)
  • This Spells Love by Kate Robb (Dec. 5)
  • Raiders of the Lost Heart by Jo Segura (Dec. 5)
  • Technically Yours by Denise Williams (Dec. 5)
  • Housebroke by Jaci Burton (Dec. 12)
  • Game On by Seressia Glass (Dec. 12)
  • Lose You To Find Me by B. Celeste (Dec. 12)
  • Heartstopper #5: A Graphic Novel by Alice Oseman (Dec. 19)
  • On The Plus Side by Jenny L. Howe (Dec. 26)
  • Ruthless Vows by Rebecca Ross (Dec. 26)
  • Second Duke’s The Charm by Kate Bateman (Dec. 26)
  • You’re the Duke That I Want by Lenora Bell (Dec. 26)

As you can see, this month’s list is somewhat of a mixed bag but it’s not a bad group of releases to end the year with. I know that I’ll be reading some of these early and some as they come out. All in all, there are still a lot of releases to be excited about.
