Kelly Clarkson apologizes to fans for wardrobe malfunction

Like many entertainers, Clarkson hopes her concerts will go off without a hitch. However, there are occasions when the show is brought to a halt because of glitches.

During Clarkson’s Minneapolis concert, a wardrobe malfunction caused the singer to pause her performance. According to E! Online, a viral video has surfaced of Clarkson’s fashion mishap.

The American Idol champ is in the midst of singing “Catch My Breath” when she starts to feel the top of her black dress. She abruptly stopped the performance while holding onto her garment.

Clarkson took to the mic, asking the crowd and her band their opinion on her wardrobe. “Am I good? Wait, hold on. Should I fix it?” Realizing she needed to get it fixed, Clarkson told the audience, “I think my boob’s showing.”

The singer then ran off stage, but later returned after fixing her wardrobe mishap. Clarkson continued singing and belted out her smash hits “Miss Independent” and “Because of You.”

Despite the mid-show delay because of the wardrobe malfunction, fans enjoyed the show and applauded Clarkson for the way she handled the situation.

At the end of the concert, Clarkson apologized to the crowd. “Thank you so much! I’m sorry for the show. Have a great night, y’all!”

This is one show that fans and Clarkson won’t forget. But the singer proved she’s cool under pressure when it comes to concert snafus.
