Halloween Horror Nights opens the doors to The Horrors of Blumhouse

While the tale might be a fantastical fright, the screams are real and will pierce the silence. In the new The Horrors of Blumhouse at Halloween Horror Nights transports guests into the sinister world where one wrong move can have dire consequences.

As more details about Halloween Horror Nights 31 at Universal Orlando Resort and Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood emerge, the horror fans are finding their friends because it is clear that no one should go alone to this year’s event. While the Universal Monsters might be ready to rise from their crypt, the newer terrors might prey on the fears that linger after the sun rises. Do you dare enter The Horrors of Blumhouse?

Over the years, Universal and Blumhouse have partnered on the various Halloween Horror Nights experiences. Who doesn’t recall the Us attraction that had everyone not believing their eyes as they exited into the light?

This year’s experience will be based on the new The Black Phone and horror-comedy Freaky. While Ghostbusters might have asked who are you going to call, answering this phone might result in a far different ending.

In the new The Black Phone, “The Grabber” is capable of making people permanently disappear. The demented magician has people thinking this fun house is a jovial experience. Unfortunately, the fun is fleeting and the escape is unlikely. Each twist and turn could lead people further down the wrong path. Will everyone be trapped with no way out?

For the Freaky portion, “The Butcher” is on the prowl, but he might not be the image that everyone expects. After being switched with a high school girl, people may not see the danger standing directly in their sights. Anyone could be sliced into his next victim.

The Horrors of Blumhouse will be part of Halloween Horror Nights 31 at Universal Orlando Resort as well as Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood. The separately ticked event will be held on various dates in September and October.
