Pop princess Christina Aguilera is back! And she’s back in a way that you might not exist. Christina is back in the music scene in the Latin market with a Spanish-language album. Her Spanish language album is a three-part album set to release on January 21. The album is the first in more than 20 years to be released in Spanish. This is what you can expect from Christina’s return to music.

Christina Aguilera is making a return to music.

Christina’s last Latin album, Mi Reflejo, debuted in September 2000 in the top spot on the Billboard Top Latin album chart and remained there for 19 weeks. It also peaked at No. 27 on the Billboard 200 chart.

“It’s been a project that I wanted to follow up for so long, but I’m so happy that it’s happening now as a grown woman,” she told Billboard. “Having been a mother, having experienced the career I have, I bring a different view and set of passions. Now it’s coming from a deeper perspective and wanting to explore.”

With such a passionate filled return in her album, her first single is accompanied by a duet with fan-favorite Ozuna. The song is titled “Santo”. Possible collaborators for Christina’s first singles had been rumored to be Rosalia, Camila Cabello, and Kali Uchis. With Ozuna being a fan favorite in the reggaeton genre, however, the song should be a hit!

This album also marks the first time that Christina’s music was developed in Spanish. Her previous music had been developed in English and later translated into Spanish. Being that her last album was released in 2018 however, it’s time to get new Christina Aguilera music.
