10. Bess Marvin

Throughout Nancy Drew’s run on The CW, Bess has been a stand-out, but season 3 has taken her to new heights.

While I had many complaints about her treatment during the first two seasons of the show, which included two barely-there love interests and being written as comic relief for the latter half of season 2, the Nancy Drew team is finally giving Bess her due.

In season 3, she’s stepping into her own as not only a valuable member of the Drew Crew, with the knowledge of the Historical Society under her belt, but also as a budding witch. It’s been incredible to watch Bess blossom on screen this year, and we can’t wait to see where her storyline goes when the show returns in 2022.
