Suicide Squad member: Gunter Braun / Javelin

Another member on the team that is sure to bite the dust incredibly early is Flula Borg’s Javelin. Has anyone seen him anywhere outside of the walking shot? Was he in the helicopter shot, I don’t even know! There’s so little of him in any of the trailers and clips.

The character was created in Green Lantern #173 from 1984. He’s a former German Olympic athlete turned supervillain who fought against the Lantern. Unfortunately for him, he needs to work with the Suicide Squad in order to clear his record. That was never going to work out well for him.

The “villain” is most certainly not going to be able to make it far with one javelin. Unless it has a call back feature, it’s going to be one and done for him. He’s likely to be used as a meat shield more than someone who could save anyone, let alone himself.

Prediction: Dead. Just…so dead.
