Michael Vlamis teases us with a look at where his character is as we begin Roswell Season 3

As we count down to the premiere of Roswell New Mexico season 3, Michael Vlamis is teasing us with where is his character is mentally this season.

In a teaser video posted to the Roswell Instagram account, we get to see tiny glimpses of season 3 footage, as well as a few words from Michael Guerin himself. And it seems like the time jump was actually good for Michael.

Unlike the first two seasons, it sounds like Michael is actually in a good place. He is happy and he has his family. Even Max seems to be getting along better with Michael (they have had their differences at times).

But there is one thing about this version of Michael that is unlike what we have seen before. In the past, Michael has wanted answers. He wants to know more about his and the other aliens’ pasts. However, it looks and sounds like as we enter season 3, he isn’t on the hunt for answers.

Instead, it almost seems like he is hiding from them.

Confronted by Max, we even see the two of them arguing about Mr. Jones, the alien they met in the final moments of Roswell season 2. But like Michael points out, this is the same man/alien that their mothers called the devil, so why would he want to keep digging.

Of course, just because Michael is happy at the start of season 3, that doesn’t mean that will last. In fact, it probably won’t. After all, he isn’t with Alex (Alex has a new boyfriend!!!), the past is still lurking, and it certainly seems like the government isn’t going to forget that there may be more aliens in Roswell.

Michael might be happy right now, but the question is – will it last? We don’t know and while we want Michael to be happy, we can’t imagine the happiness he found after a year is going to stick around with Mr. Jones anywhere near the picture.
