Marvel has brought its A-game to all of the Disney+ series it’s released this year, and after just two episodes, Loki is proving to be no exception.

Last week saw the MCU’s resident trickster coming face to face with the Loki variant the Time Variance Authority (TVA) has been hunting — and much to Mobius’ chagrin, chasing her into time and space, curious about who she is and what she can do.

That places him in the same spot as fans, many of whom are wondering whether this new character is Lady Loki, Enchantress or someone else entirely. That’s a question viewers might get an answer to during this week’s episode — assuming our Loki can actually keep up with her and avoid further run-ins with the TVA.

Of course, Mobius and his colleagues are bound to be angry after Loki’s betrayal at the end of last week, which may further their motivation to track him down. On the other hand, with all the timelines the variant created, the organization could have bigger fish to fry.

In terms of the greater MCU, those timelines are likely to create some interesting problems (and realities) if the TVA fails to clean them up.
