Every single player from The Circle season 2, ranked

The Circle season 2 player: Bryant
Bryant Wood was immediately my favorite season 2 player – largely because he seemed so nice and genuine and real about weird things like the positive power of intentions and breathwork. He reminded me of my favorite season 1 contestants (Shubham! Joey!) and seemed poised to go far in the game – after all, he was so straightforward and likable!
Except….he didn’t. Instead, Bryant became the season’s first block – and an early indication that the gameplay of season 2 would be markedly different from its predecessor. Granted, Bryant didn’t exactly help his own cause with his terrible Circle Slam Poetry entry and his constant stories about how he helps the less fortunate.
But, given that the game was already splitting into sides and alliances before the first blocking, it was clear there was no place for a player like Bryant here – one who actually did want to make friends, not build numbers, vote strategically, or cause drama. Several people admitted to ranking Bryant low in the ratings not because they didn’t like him, but because they saw him as a threat to their own popularity. (Weirdly, almost no one actually voted this way in season 1, or Shubham never would have lasted until the end of the game.)
If anything, Bryan belongs at least mid-way on this list as an ode to what The Circle used to be, before we consider the way the game has evolved and changed.
