After getting walloped by the shocking death in the midseason premiere of Fear The Walking Dead, I wasn’t sure what I was expecting from season 6, episode 9 “Things Left To Do”. What I got was another incredibly taut and intense installment.
No one seems to be able to put a finger on what exactly changed with this show and elevated it in such a big way in season six but every episode in this run has been excellent.
“Things Left to Do” is no exception. Ginny’s empire is crumbling but she’s not going down without a fight and possibly not without taking even more of Morgan’s group with her. But there are a lot of people who want Virginia dead, and one of them may end up jeopardizing the reunion between Morgan and Grace and the community that Morgan is trying to build.
The synopsis for this installment reveals that Ginny’s time is probably up, in one way or another:
"“A stand-off occurs between Virginia and her rangers and Morgan’s group. Ginny has made a lot of enemies and it’s finally catching up to her.”"
But there are so many different groups fighting to overthrow her, it’s hard to know who will actually defeat her, and how. So let’s dig into it, shall we?
