Lightbringer by Claire Legrand

Claire Legrand’s beloved YA trilogy, Empirium, is coming to a close this month with its third and final installment: LightbringerThe finale is poised to deliver an action-packed conclusion Rielle’s and Eliana’s stories — one Legrand has been building to since the early chapters of Furyborn.

For one thing, fans of this trilogy will finally get to see how Queen Rielle took those last steps to becoming the monster everyone knows her as. They’ll also see what becomes of Eliana after the betrayal and trauma she’s experienced up until this point. These are the sort of things fans expect to see from the end of this series — but, of course, something unexpected does throw a wrench into both queens’ destinies:

"“But when the mysterious Prophet reveals themselves at last, everything changes, giving Rielle and Eliana a second chance for salvation — or the destruction their world has been dreading.”"

Legrand has yet to let fans down with the previous installments in this trilogy, so it’s no wonder Lightbringer is such a highly anticipated October release. With any luck, it’ll do the story justice — and give fans one more epic, emotional adventure before they have to say goodbye.

Lightbringer is available now in ebook, audiobook, and print formats.
